Ads measured in enquiries, not clicks
Ads are run by our vetted partners — we brief them, oversee them and judge them by how many enquiries they bring. For every enquiry you know where it came from and what it cost.
Discuss my ads- The ad accounts are yours
- A source for every enquiry
- Results in enquiries, not clicks
What we hear most often from owners
“We pay for ads and don’t know what they bring.”
We record the source of every enquiry. Once a month you see what one enquiry cost from each channel.
“Our agency sends reports with clicks, not enquiries.”
Clicks aren’t the goal. We measure enquiries — and, once a CRM is connected, orders.
“The agency set up the ad account and we can’t see into it.”
We set accounts up in your name. The partner works in them with access you can remove at any time.
“We tried ads, but people just clicked and left.”
Often the problem is where the ad leads. So we look at your profile and website first — and only then at the campaigns.
An order that makes sense
Foundation first, then acceleration
Ads won’t fix an empty profile or a website nobody can contact you from: they just send people to the same place. That’s why we build in this order.
Map profile
You don’t pay per click, and the work stays.
Website
Where both your profile and ads lead. It must say clearly what you do and offer a way to get in touch.
Tracking
The source of every enquiry. Without it you don’t know what works.
Ads
Speed up what already works and fill gaps where the profile isn’t enough.
If your profile and website are already in good shape, we start straight with tracking and ads.
What we’ll do for you
We build ads and tracking around one question: what did one enquiry cost, and where did it come from?
Ads through partners
- Google Ads, Seznam Sklik, Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Us: goal, brief, budget, oversight and evaluation
- Partner: hands-on campaign management
- Ad accounts set up in your name
Tracking
- Google Analytics 4 and tagged links (UTM)
- Taps on phone, WhatsApp and the form counted as enquiries
- Enquiry source recorded in the CRM
Evaluation
- A monthly report in enquiries and cost per enquiry
- Channels compared: map profile, website, ads
- A proposal on what to scale up, change or switch off
What we find out first
Before proposing ads, we look at what you already have and what of it works.
- 1How much you put into ads today, and where
- 2Who owns the ad accounts and who has access
- 3Whether you track where enquiries come from
- 4Where the ads lead and how easy it is to get in touch from there
- 5What your Google and Firmy.cz profiles look like
Good to know up front
Ad budget
You pay for ads directly to Google, Seznam or Meta. It’s separate from our work and the partner’s.
Partners
Campaigns are run hands-on by vetted partners. We’re responsible for the brief and the evaluation, and you always know who works on your account.
Ad results
They depend on your offer, price and competition. We don’t promise a number of customers — we show what one enquiry cost.
What we don’t do
- We don’t run ads to an empty profile or a website nobody can contact you from
- We don’t set up ad accounts in our name — the accounts are yours
- We don’t judge ads by clicks, but by enquiries
- We don’t pass partners off as our own ads team — partners run the campaigns
- We don’t promise the top spot in search
What it costs
- Intro call
- Free
- 15–30 minutes: what you have, what works and where to start
- Tracking setup
- quoted individually
- one-off, depending on the number of channels and the CRM connection
- Ad management
- quoted individually
- monthly, depending on the number of channels
- Ad budget
- up to you
- paid directly to Google, Seznam or Meta
It often makes sense to start with your map profile — it costs less, and the work stays even if you switch ads off. We’re not VAT payers — prices are final.

Questions about ads and tracking
Why the profile first and ads second?
Ads are renting a spot: you pay for as long as you’re shown. Your profile is your own spot, and the work on it stays. Ads also send people to the same profile and website — if they find nothing there, the money is wasted.
Who runs the ads?
Campaigns are run hands-on by our vetted partners. We set the goal and budget, oversee the work and evaluate results in enquiries.
How much should I spend on ads?
We start with a small test and measure what one enquiry costs. Based on that we raise the budget or change the ads.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. The accounts are in your name, and the partner works in them with access you can remove at any time.
Do I need a new website for ads?
Not always. It’s enough if the website makes clear what you do and makes it easy to get in touch. If it doesn’t, we fix or build the website first.
Do you know what one enquiry costs you?
Tell us where your ad money goes today and where customers come from. On a short call we’ll tell you where to start so the money isn’t wasted.
