So no enquiry gets lost
A customer found you on the map and sent a message. What next? We connect phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, your website and bookings in one CRM, add an AI assistant that answers in the evening and at weekends too, and hand the routine work to automation.

What we hear most often from owners
“Enquiries come via WhatsApp, e-mail and Instagram, and half of them get lost.”
We bring every channel into one CRM. Each enquiry has an owner and a next step.
“Nobody answers in the evening or at weekends.”
An AI assistant on your website answers from your materials, finds out what the person needs and passes the contact to a manager.
“Our receptionist spends all day confirming appointments and answering the same questions.”
Automation sends confirmations and reminders; the assistant handles the repeat questions.
“I don’t know how many orders came from ads and how many from the map profile.”
We record the source of every enquiry. Once a month you see where it came from and how it ended.
How it fits together
One path from enquiry to order
Tools aren’t the goal. The goal is that every enquiry gets an answer and every answer leads to a next action.
Enquiry
Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, a website form, the map profile.
AI assistant
Answers, finds out what the person wants and, if set up, offers a time slot.
CRM
A customer card, an owner, a next step and an alert for the manager.
Automation
Confirmation, reminder, review request, a summary at the end of the month.
You don’t have to start with everything. Often one step is enough — for example, so WhatsApp enquiries don’t end up on one employee’s phone.
What we set up for you
We scope the work by where your enquiries actually get lost — not by what happens to sell well right now.

What we find out first
Before setting anything up, we walk through how an enquiry moves through your business today. It often turns out you need less than you expected.
- 1Which channels enquiries come through and how many go unanswered
- 2Who replies and how fast
- 3What gets done by hand over and over
- 4Which tools you already use: bookings, accounting, CRM, spreadsheets
- 5What you want to see in numbers
Good to know up front
Tool costs
You pay for the Kommo licence and AI usage directly to the providers. You get an estimate before we start anything.
AI can get things wrong
The assistant answers from your materials. We set it up to hand unclear questions over to a person, and we keep the materials up to date.
A CRM is only as good as the team’s use of it
That’s why we start with training and, in the first weeks, make sure enquiries actually get logged.
What we don’t do
- We don’t let AI talk to customers without your materials and without oversight
- We don’t send bulk messages to people who didn’t ask for them
- We don’t lock you in: the accounts are yours and we hand over the setup
- We don’t promise “an AI that replaces your salespeople”
What it costs
- Intro call
- Free
- 15–30 minutes: where enquiries get lost and what makes sense first

Questions about CRM, AI and automation
Why Kommo?
Kommo puts WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and e-mail in one window and suits small teams. If you already use another CRM, we’ll check whether it can be connected instead of replaced.
Does the AI assistant speak Czech?
Yes — Czech, Ukrainian, Russian and English, in text and by voice.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from the materials we prepare together. Unclear questions go to a person, and we review conversations regularly.
How much does the AI assistant cost per month?
It depends on the number of conversations. You pay usage costs to the provider; you get an estimate up front.
Do I need a developer?
No. We do the setup and integrations and train your team.
Who owns the data?
You do. The CRM and other tool accounts are in your name.
Where are your enquiries getting lost?
Tell us how customers reach you today and which tools you use. In a short call we’ll show you where enquiries get lost and what to automate first.
