Can I give a client a discount for a review?
No. Google’s rules prohibit rewards for reviews. Asking is fine — rewarding isn’t.
We book through Altegio. Can it be connected to the profile?
Yes. We add the booking link to your profile and website, and can send reminders and review requests based on appointments in the system.
We have several locations. One profile or several?
Every real location should have its own profile. Chains with three or more locations are priced separately.
How does your salon look on the map?
Send a link to your profile, or your name and address. Within two business days you get one page comparing you with three salons nearby.
